A captain and his crew were having a rough go. Crab pots were coming up empty. The crew was exhausted. Frustrated. Ready to quit.
But the captain wasn’t having it. None of it.
He knew something most people forget: Grinding it out is the only way forward.
It wasn’t easy. It wasn’t fun. But they did it—and kept the business alive.
